Mid-Level Associates: Global Funds Practice – Retail Funds

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire stellar mid-level associates with retail or registered funds experience for our Global Funds practice. Candidates will be considered for the New York, Washington, D.C., or San Francisco offices. The ideal candidates should have 2 - 5 years of experience with the formation and ongoing operation of “permanent capital” retail investment vehicles, including business development companies (BDCs), registered closed-end funds and similar structures, and experience supporting fund boards on governance and compliance matters under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Interested candidates should be admitted to the New York, D.C., or California Bar and have excellent credentials. 

Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
